- You have a point. A lot of the programs to help the poor in the sixties happened because the blacks were burning cities down. I have a family member who lived in Washington, D.C. and remembers feeling nervous because she wasn't far from a riot. The big boys have gotten too over confident.

I have witnessed first hand an IQ too low to understand or relate what to do with a baby.There is an IQ that is just to low to care for themself. Yet they can and do reproduce. I am not saying you need to be able to become a rocket scientest. But at the least be able to find for yourself and a child! I am not the brightest bulb in the box. There are cases involantary sterlizing is a sensabul thing for protection of the person. Not just posibal babbys. As in the mentaley insain. No not mentaly ill. I used word insain!'

And if you have children you can not suport and expect evryone to step in and hand out to you. Turn around and do it again and again ..Then this might also be a real reason for a court orsered thing to stop you. Or all Aid Stops.
